Endelig har jeg laget min egen granola, og den ble forbasket god om jeg må få si det selv. Og så lett det er! Dropp alle oppskrifter, bare mix sammen det du liker av frø/flakes/gryn/tørkede bær og bland inn bittelitt nøytral olje. Jeg synes ikke det er noe vits i å søte den. Stekes på 140 grader i ca 30 min, eller til den er litt gyllen. Jeg spiser den med yoghurt naturell og blåbær, men her er det jo bare fantasien som setter grenser.

Finally I made my own granola, and it’s really good if I may say it myself. And really easy! Ditch all recipes, just mix whatever you like of seeds/flakes/dried fruit and add a little bit of oil. I do not think it’s necessary to add any sweetening. Bake at 140 desgrees celsius in about 30 minuites or until it looks ready. I eat it with plain yoghurt and blueberries, but here you can do whatever the heck you want.
